The in-house training of MS&D guarantees well-trained staff and further development on a daily basis. We use our expertise in the offshore, wind and maritime industry both internally and externally. It is possible to provide trainer-trainer trainings, where MS&D trains the own staff of training centres.

Also for tailor-made courses, which are specially developed for specific clients, the MS&D team can be used to train other trainers. In addition to the required conditions of each course, we focus on the personal side of our profession. Because trainings are about people, not just about rules.
